Fireproof mica paper tape

1. Introduction

Width
The width of tape discs or roll are within 6-860mm, can be prepared according to the requirement of the customer. The best choice is 6,8,10,12,15,20,25,30,40,50mm. The allowed tolerance of width is ±1.0mm in width within 6-20mm, ±2.0mm in the width within 20-500mm, and ±5.0mm in the width within 500-860mm.
Length
The length of tape discs or roll are specified with outside diameter of the discs or roll. The outside diameter of the discs or roll normally is 150±5mm - 200±5mm, or the length of tape discs or roll will be according to the agreement between the supplier and the purchaser. The number of joints of each tape discs or roll are not more than 2, the shorter one shorter one should not be less than 80m. Jointed tape discs or roll shall be label clearly.

Mica paper tapes are compactly wound on the core, the diameter usually adopted is 40±2mm,
50±2mm, 76±2mm, or according to the requirement of the customer.

One face reinforced: ≥10Mv/m, Two face reinforced: ≥8Mv/m

One face reinforced: ≥60N/10mm, Two face reinforced: ≥100N/10mm

Transportation
Avoid damage, wet and direct sunshine during the transportation

Storage
The products should be stored in the dry and clean place with the temperature under 35℃ and far from heating source and direct sunshine.
The properties can be promised to keep for six months before use after delivery.

4.Packing

Each disc or roll packed in sealed plastic bag,then packed in paper box, then packed in wooden case.
